PRICING TERMS
MINIMUM SALE PRICE
$487 USD - product can be sold at any price above $487 USD.
DISCOUNT TERMS
Discounts can only be applied when paired with Online Profit Secrets. Combined price must not be lower than $784 USD.
PAYMENT PLAN TERMS
In house payment plan instalments cannot be lower than $100 USD per payment.
DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSING AGREEMENT
This Digital Product Licensing Agreement is made effective as of the date purchased, by and between Next Phase Pathways ("Licensor"), and the Purchaser ("Licensee"). The Licensor and Licensee may be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
The Licensor holds the right to sell and distribute the digital course entitled "Passive Digital Mastery" ("Product") originally created by D&F Fields, LLC, under the terms set out in this agreement.
