AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of nextphasepathways.com and all products and services offered by Next Phase Pathways, owned and operated by Beverley Finley ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, booking a discovery call, downloading a free resource, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Next Phase Pathways offers coaching services, digital products including workbooks and guides, free resources, and resell rights programmes including Passive Digital Mastery. Each product or service may have additional terms specific to that offering which will be communicated at the point of purchase or enrolment.
PASSIVE DIGITAL MASTERY
The Passive Digital Mastery programme is offered under master resell rights originally created by D&F Fields, LLC. By purchasing this programme you agree to the specific distribution rights and licensing terms associated with that product. The minimum resale price is $487. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original content on nextphasepathways.com including but not limited to blog posts, guides, workbooks, course materials, and branding is the intellectual property of Next Phase Pathways and Beverley Finley. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our original content without express written permission.
