All digital products offered by Next Phase Pathways including workbooks, guides, and downloadable resources are considered used upon download or access and are non-refundable. We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have not received your digital product after purchase please contact us at [email protected] with your transaction details and we will ensure it is delivered promptly.
PASSIVE DIGITAL MASTERY
Purchases of the Passive Digital Mastery programme are non-refundable. As a digital product, it is deemed used upon access or download. Please review all programme details carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue accessing the programme contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue promptly.
COACHING SERVICES
Discovery calls are complimentary and require no payment. For any future paid coaching services or programmes, specific refund terms will be communicated clearly at the point of purchase. Generally, coaching services that have commenced are non-refundable. Any exceptions will be handled on a case by case basis at our discretion.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
